Return/Refund Policies

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not available for printed or PDF patterns, apparel, or fabric destash.

Apparel is custom printed, which means it is unique and only printed once ordered, and cannot be returned or exchanged except due to manufacturing error or damage. I will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information or incorrect size and color choices. If there is a printing error on the part of the vendor, please contact me within five (5) days of your shipments arrival, so we can possibly get the issue resolved. After the five (5) days, I will not be able to assist and the order will be considered final. Please contact me at emma@dreamitquiltit.com if there is any issue with your apparel order, and I will assist with the issue. 

Given the digital nature of my pattern products, I do not offer refunds. As such, you agree not to raise a dispute with your financial institution and/or credit card provider for Products you purchased and which I  granted you access to. You agree to make timely and full payments to Dream It Quilt It for your purchase.

Fabric destash sales are final. Refunds may be awarded if request for cancellation is written via email before the item ships. Refunds may only be given otherwise if: item is not as described, undisclosed damage, and/or incorrect or missing item. Returns/refunds are not given for items received as described.

Shipping Policies

All Dream It Quilt It apparel is printed on demand using a third party service, Printify. Orders are shipped directly from the printer. Multiple apparel items may arrive separately. The vendor will process and print your order and ship the item(s) directly to you within 5 business days. Please contact emma@dreamitquiltit.com if that does not occur.

Pattern products available digitally are PDF downloads which will be delivered electronically to your email immediately after checkout. If you experience any problems accessing your PDF downloadable files, please email me at: emma@dreamitquiltit.com
