One should be a very confident to intermediate sewist at minimum. Various stitch lengths and seam allowance are noted throughout. One should be knowledgeable of how to use their sewing machine, knowing when it would be appropriate to switch feet or raise the pressure on the presser foot.
Finished tote is a respectable 15″ wide x 20″ long roughly and varies slightly given the size of the t-shirt.
